About BC's Wild Pacific Albacore Tuna
Pacific West Seafood's Tuna is caught by trolling off of BC's coast on board the Fishing Vessel Canadian Shore. The tuna are immediately cooled, and then flash frozen at sea in order to preserve the tuna's Omega 3 Fats. Once the trip is over, they are then either canned or cut into steaks.
